A project for the roots samba from Rio

Singer Dorina and Producer Sylvio Dufrayer are promoting a series of concerts to celebrate meetings between old school and newcomer samba artists. Names like Walter Alfaiate, Monarco, Jair do Cavaquinho, Tantinho, Xangô, Marcos Diniz and Ernesto Pires are going to perform at the Sesc-Tijuca theater in the next months: "We want to rescue the samba elite", says Dufrayer.
