Chico César celebrates worldwide tour

Back in Brazil after a long and productive tour – 35 shows in three months around Europe, USA and Canada – Chico Cesar, the singer from Paraiba (NE), celebrates his success abroad. The compilation released in the United States by the label Puttomayo has sold out, as a result of the growing number of fans that Chico has amassed outside of Brazil. "In San Francisco, even the children knew how to sing my song (Mama Africa). In Canada, they were asking for my autograph", reports a proud Cesar, now dedicated to promote his latest CD, Mama Mundi, in Brazil.
