DJ Patife in Europe

In the past couple of years, the hyped Brazilian DJ Patife has been constantly performing and producing tracks for local and foreign artists. His remix of Max de Castro’s Ela Disse Assim was so successful in London’s alternative circuit that he now has a number of dates scheduled for Europe, on a tour that starts in March of 2001. "I am a pioneer in electronic music in Brazil and I’m glad to notice that the movement’s been growing a lot in São Paulo", says Patife. He will soon be in London again, this time around to make the video clip for a track from his next album, Cosmonautics, due to come out in 2001. "We will shoot the scenes on subways, buses and trains, with some nightly takes of London. I wanna show the Brazilian audience why the nightlife in London is about the best in the world."
