Elza Soares records new CD in Salvador (BA)

Singer Elza Soares chose Bahia as the scenario to register the 29th album of her career. She' s recording the CD under the production of Alê Siqueira and the musical direction of José Miguel Wisnik. The sessions began in the first week of year 2002. Carlinhos Brown has recruited some of his percussionists to participate in the rehearsals. The album is due to be released by a label from Bahia called Maianga.
