Songwriter Herbert Vianna, who is in a coma since Sunday, when the plane that he was flying crashed into the sea, got worse. The musician had undergone a surgery on Monday that lasted almost twelve hours, and his condition was considered stable yesterday, but today, he had a brain hemorrhage. Vianna is being operated now in an attempt to drain the blood flow. The surgery is supposed to finish by the end of the day.

His wife, British journalist Lucy Needham Vianna, who died at the crash site, will be buried in Rio de Janeiro later, this afternoon.
