If you are having trouble listening to the songs available at AllBrazilianMusic, the first thing you have to do is check if there is a recent version of Microsoft Windows Media Player installed in your computer (if you use Windows 98 and/or Internet Explorer 5, it is likely that an adequate version of the Windows Media Player has already been installed). If you use Macintosh, follow these instructions.
To check if your Player is installed and correctly configured, click here.. If a window opens and within a few seconds you start hearing the audio, you are ready to enjoy the music!
If, however, by clicking on the link above you receive an 'error' message or else, nothing happens, it means that your Player is either not installed, or the configuration is incorrect or you have an old version of the Windows Media Player. The easiest solution is to download the appropriate version for your computer here. If the problem persists, use Microsoft's help to try and solve it.
