Letícia Coura does Boris Vian

The French poet, playwright and musician Boris Vian (1920-1959) si little known in Brazil, but the situation might start changing with the release of the CD Letícia Coura Canta Boris Vian 
on the label Dabliú. Singer and songwriter Letícia Coura has made versions in Portuguese of Vian's songs. In her shows, she's accompanied by Beba Zanettini (piano) and Vítor Trindade (percussion) as well as actor Ivan Cabral, who interacts with Letícia. "We did everything that we could to prevent the combination of poetry and music to become tiring", she says, "otherwise, Vian would turn in his grave".
