Former Sepultura member (now leader of Soulfly), Max Cavalera was invited by David Grohl, leader of the Foo Fighters, to sing in a track of the forthcoming album Probot, a heavy-metal side project by the eternal Nirvana drummer. According to the Rolling Stone magazine, Grohl recorded guitars, bass and drums in his studio in Virginia. He then proceeded to distribute the tracks among different vocalists, who are supposed to write lyrics, name the songs and obviously sing them. Besides Max, Grohl has invited Phil Anselmo (Pantera), Tom Araya (Slayer), Lemmy (Motorhead), Cronos (Venom), Snake (ex-Voivoid) and Kind Diamond. Release slated to early 2001.
