Racionais MCs hit becomes the subject of a book

One of Racionais MCs greatest hits, Diário de Um Detento, is being turned into a book. It is going to be written by the author of the lyrics, Jocenir, a former inmate who split the royalties with vocalist Mano Brown when the track appeared in the album Sobrevivendo no Inferno. Brown and Jocenir met during a soccer match at Casa de Detenção (biggest jail in São Paulo), and the two made friends and became partners. The book Diário de Um Detento: o Livro should hit the stores after July.
