ROCK CITY, 7:15 p.m. – The band Rumbora (from Brasília) has released two albums played a 20-minute set at the Brazil Tent. The only unexpected moment happened when the vocalist decided to do a manifesto in favor of those who hurled things at Carlinhos Brown last Sunday. "There’s some guy that performed here, last week, but I ain’t even gonna waste much of my time with him; some guy named Carlinhos Brown, who claimed that rock fans are ignorant and narrow-minded, that they don’t love Brazil. But he’s the one who makes gringo music", was Rombora’s remark. The "protest" also pointed out that "Armandinho and Pepeu are much better musicians, who played baião on the heaviest night at Rock In Rio, just now, on this very stage", and proceeded to kiss the stage floor in reverence. The audience didn’t quite get into the talking –booing was heard -, although there was a bit of dancing and sing-along moments with O Mapa da Mina, Ó do Borogodó and O Passo do Azuílson.
