Wilson Simoninha won’t stop. While traveling to some of the capitals with the tour based on the CD Volume 2 released last year, Simonal’s eldest son has been creating the embryo of his next album, still untitled. "I’m putting the ideas for the CD together. There’s nothing clearly defined, but I know I’m going to carry on with the swing of the samba. I’ve been researching sounds throughout Brazil in order to experiment and find a new path", he said, right after a presentation at the XI Festival de Inverno de Garanhuns, in the countryside of Pernambuco. Simoninha felt at home and jammed Lenine’s Leão do Norte, with the audience. "Recife has a special place in my music. Luiz Gonzaga and Chico Science are examples of different and equally fantastic generations", praised the singer. In September, he should make a quick stop writing the songs for the album to tour Europe and Japan.
