Singer Tom Zé kicks off his Globarbarism tour in São Paulo on July 12, where he jokingly protests against the velocity of the globalization tendency imposed by the richer capitalist countries. Besides the ideological aspect of the concert, the biggest highlight is the use of a series of musical instruments improvised by the singer – made from waxer machines, vacuum cleaners and type writers – called instruzéments. The repertoire is based on Zé’s latest CD Jogos de Armar (Faça Você Mesmo), but also includes songs off his previous albums.
